Build the sustainable future you want - today!

The continental U.S. has lost 150 million acres of wildlife habitat and farmland to urban sprawl over the last century. This is what the Audubon Society has stated.

Years of development and construction can lead to layers of compacted soil that restrict movement of water and air, and limit root growth.

Yet, a network of productive ecosystems can expand wildlife habitat areas and boost human health by bringing nature's benefits right back into our residential yards and outdoor spaces.

Permaculture is the way forward

Permaculture offers everyone the chance to transition to a more eco-friendly, ethical, and sustainable planet.

Different composting systems help with efficient waste removal and increase organic matter in the soil, for example. And healthy soils are essential to plant and tree health as they enable infiltration of stormwater into the ground.

We can all easily create suburban oases of sustainability, biodiversity, and beauty.

Grow food at home and in communities.

Honor the Earth and reconnect with nature through sustainable, productive, edible landscape while minding water scarcity and alternative energy.

Allow communities to increase home resilience by buffering the effects of climate change and reducing our footprint.

We can easily integrate more native plants into back & front yards. And do so in streetscapes and parks, to create more opportunities for local insects, pollinators, and birds to move across our landscapes.

This is why I’m devoted to a permaculture lifestyle and design.

"Permaculture uses the inherent qualities of plants and animals combined with the natural characteristics of landscapes and structures to produce a life-supporting system for city and country, using the smallest practical area."

— Bill Mollison, a Researcher, Author, Scientist, Teacher, and Naturalist that has often been called “The Father of Permaculture”
